Coming down to an era of worst global recession where human’s most desired commodity is becoming their own enemy and the economic system that we brought in for our own good is now killing us alive in such a way that it has become a man eating monster and there is no way stopping it. What you wrote and what you wondered a lot reminds me of the people of stone age where they use to wonder about sun and its light, moon and the darkness of night, stars and their positions up in the sky. Seems like in this modern age of Globalization we haven’t moved ever since and instead of wondering these things, now we have so much to explore and so much to wonder about. History says that ancient civilizations used to worship sun, moon and stars as their gods because they have accepted them as some supreme power. So stop wondering as we have started worshipping media today because of our acceptance towards it as some supreme power, the power that provides us knowledge, current affairs, entertainment, lifestyle, everything. Media is the power, it’s the ultimate power

Then you talked about media, free media, mass media as they say. Couple of day back I decided to switch on my newly bought TV which I hardly see anymore. I wanted to check out some good movie or cricket match and there was nothing of that sort as I was changing channels with a blink of an eye. Throughout my channel browsing, I came across majority of our news channels and all of them were showing live telecast of some protest for the protection of the law in this country where the protesters of the protest, while protesting breaking every law by themselves. I switched off the TV, saved some valuable energy in form of electricity for some better use and the first thing that came to my mind was; if all these news channels were suppose to show the same thing, why there is a need for mass media in this country? I believe one channel is sufficient enough to show this protest as some MAJOR CRISIS of the country while denying some real crisis like poverty, unemployment, education and so forth. Now if you agree with this don’t start wondering because I tell you why there is a need of mass media in this country.

I hear you say again … what is changing?

I want to say … nothing … as in nothing is static and thus change is inevitable and there is no need to worry. If you are into horoscopes, read every zodiac’s character and you will find that every one likes changes in their lives and they get bored while living monotonous lives. Let’s just say that its human nature instead of some zodiac character but you read and believe that you want change in your life, you read it again and again and again and somehow you are ready to accept the change. The change which is not planned, not in your control and certainly not predictable but confirmed and since you are programmed by zodiac signs that you like changes so there is no way to retaliate. Living lives where some signs are deciding it all … such a pity.

Don’t let yourself confused over this … this is just one small string of a huge web … and yes it’s funny.

You are concerned about children and their future and you are scared that our family system will no longer exist in the future. If I ask you not to send your children to some English medium high profile private school what will be your response? Don’t ever come close to my children or something like it for sure. You know something that these schools are better for your children and what you don’t know is that the founding father of this western education system once said that “I don’t want a nation of scholars; I want a nation of slaves”. This suffices it all. The first educational institute for a child is his/her mother and it should be the last but here you admit your children in some school based on western education system and soon you see that your children starts thinking that they know things better than you. The impact of modern education, the globalize education system call it anything, but its taking your child away from you and time will come when you will say that our children are not respecting us anymore and you will blame everything for it, yourself, media, food, peers, relatives, books, games, everything except for their education because you are the one who choose that path for them. See what your child is watching on cartoon network, what kind of friends they have, how and what they watch on TV, what kinds of games they like and play and I am telling you, you will be shocked. The worst part of this whole scenario is, we let this happen to our new generation and now our society has all the fair means for a newly born to get exploited on the basis of religion, education, norms and especially family values.

Why old homes culture is emerging in our society? Well it’s bad, very bad but I am not going to take my parents to that old home. Yes you won’t but wait till the time comes when you start thinking about this as an option.

Stop wondering coz this is not the first day of your immature enlightenment and this is not the first time you realize that something is not right, something bad is happening, since when? You don’t know and you don’t think. Stop wondering why we heard about things like global warming, AIDS epidemics, media warfare, economic crisis, rise and fall of regimes, cultural breakdown, and religious manipulation and still we believe that these things don’t affect us personally or we can’t do anything about it as an individual. Stop wondering why the world has changed so much and you are not in control of it not to mention you don’t know what is changing. Stop wondering as this is all a part of a big game and this word has been used so often in media by everyone that it has lost its impact and now the big game in itself is nothing but just a Conspiracy for us.

We talk about religion as some outdated, extremist ritual and those who want to follow it, we make fun of them and don’t allow them to deviate from it just a little while sinning freely on the other hand. Sins are now our excuse for staying away from the religion. So stop wondering as we didn’t choose this path for our life. We, the followers of monotheistic religion, this was not expected from us but Bravo! We did the unexpected. You know that religion is your last resort, your savior, your protector but leaving it behind, you are preparing yourself for the ultimate war for your survival and as they say, “every men for himself” so everyone will be fighting alone with such level of ignorance that they wont be able to identify between the good and the evil.

I am sure that majority of those who will read what you wrote will agree with you and majority of those who will read this reply are going to declare me insane. And I don’t blame them because they have every right to call me insane who is telling them that an apple which is in front of them is not an apple, its and orange. I am challenging the overall perception of their lives and they won’t buy it that easily. We the generation of social ignorance, the by-products of socialism and capitalism, we the generation tangled in the war of “survival of the fittest”, how can we let anyone challenge our beliefs because we have this fear of admitting that “I DON’T KNOW” or “I WAS WRONG” the fear of not admitting that what we think or believed throughout our lives was a lie. The fear of losing the repute of knowing everything which one can’t afford as this means the end for his/her individualism. We don’t believe in collectivism now and it’s every men for himself.

Knowledge, information, exposure has its own way of ignorance depending upon who is controlling it.

This is the end of my reply, but not the end of my anger and aggression.

This is just the beginning.
